1. Wash your hands cleanly and thoroughly using soap, every time you come home from outside, you touch any thing outside, before and after you take your meals and after you use toilets.
2. Keep your house clean, your kitchen and toilets, in particular.
3. Take home made meals only, as far as possible.
4. Use less oil and spices in the food you prepare at home. Use vegetable oild such as soyabean, sunflower, or olive oil, etc.
5. Take a lot of green vegetables, green salads, milk, curd, whole grains in your meals.
6. As far as possible, use raw fruits, grains and vegetables. Avoid packaged foods.
7. keep your bedroom, beds, bed sheets, etc neat and clean.
8. Keep calm and be always positive. It helps you maintain a cheerful environment around you and keeps you always in a happy mood.
9. Practise meditation, yoga, etc to keep yourself stress free.
10. Do exercise regularly. It helps you keep fit and live longer.
