A DAY WITH SINDHU

03:30 Hrs                     - Gets up, After fresh up, takes Milk
04:30-06:30 Hrs           - Practice in Gopichand Academy, followed by Rest for 2 Hrs at Home.         In between, takes Breakfast and sleeps for an hour.
08:30-12:30 Hrs           - Practice and Rest for half an hour in between. After that, Lunch at             home and Rest for 3 Hrs
16:00-19:00 Hrs           - Practice again

DIET

Early Morning             - Milk without sugar
Morning Breakfast       - Protein Powder and Fruits, Half Boiled Eggs, Calsium and                          Magnesium pills
Lunch                            - Normal meal

Dinner                           -  Anything Healthy, but Non-Veg is a must
